Back In The Saddle

This week I got back in the saddle, literally. It has been a year and a half since the accident and I'm at the point where I want to start riding again. Still not sure if my back will take the pounding on the open road, I went to a spinning class.

Tentative at first - not knowing how my legs, lungs, or back would hold up - I became comfortable quickly. It truly is like riding a bike! A few days removed, though, and my back and muscles are tender.

I'm going to keep experimenting, though, because I miss biking!
